Terms & Responsibility

EverTrip Experiences (operating publicly as EverTrip) is a registered travel experience studio operating under an accredited TRUE Code membership. We specialize in curating personalized journeys by coordinating accommodation, transportation, and activities through trusted third-party providers.

EverTrip Experiences collects a full upfront payment for travel coordination services and logistical organization. All trip components — such as hotels, transfers, and activities — are arranged on behalf of the client through verified external suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. We encourage clients to independently arrange:

• Trip cancellation insurance
• Emergency medical insurance
• Lost or delayed baggage coverage

Upon request, we are happy to refer clients to trusted external insurance providers.

Waiver of Responsibility

By booking with EverTrip Experiences, you acknowledge that travel inherently carries risks. EverTrip Experiences is not liable for any injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, losses, or unforeseen expenses that may occur during your trip.

Clients are fully responsible for:

• Their own health and safety during travel
• Meeting all visa, entry, and health requirements of their destination
• Managing their personal belongings

A separate waiver form may be provided and required before final confirmation of your trip.

Changes & Force Majeure

EverTrip Experiences reserves the right to modify parts of the trip itinerary (such as activities, accommodations, or schedules) in case of weather disruptions, provider issues, political unrest, or other force majeure events. We commit to replacing any canceled services with alternatives of equal or higher quality whenever feasible.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our trips, all bookings are considered non-refundable after final confirmation unless otherwise stated. Partial credits may be issued at the discretion of EverTrip Experiences in exceptional cases.

Legal Governance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Final Acceptance

By confirming your booking with EverTrip Experiences, you fully accept and agree to these Terms & Responsibility policies.
